Injecta-Box™ Injectable Stuffing Box

The newest member of the Harbison-Fischer Well Head Tool lineup is the patented Harbison-Fischer Injecta-Box™ Stuffing Box. This innovative sucker rod pump well head stuffing box uses an injectable packing material that forms a seal around the polished rod. It is pressure actuated by a unique, tamper-proof mechanism that is built into the stuffing box. The Injecta-Box™ is “repacked” by refilling the pressure chamber through a port with H-F Injecta-Pak™ injectable packing. This simple method saves time, money and is safer than conventional methods. The Injecta-Box™ is always used with the H-F Pro-Align™ and can also be used with the H-F Flap-Tite™ and/or the H-F Enviro-Guard™.

Enviro-Guard™ Pollution Control Stuffing Boxes

The Harbison-Fischer Enviro-Guard™ Stuffing Box provides a polished rod seal when the primary Quik-Seal™ stuffing box seals are worn. When pressure escapes past the primary Quik-Seal™ stuffing box cone type seals, it activates the pressure seals in the Enviro-Guard™, minimizing any potential environmental spill. Available for both the Injecta-Box™ and Quik-Seal™ stuffing boxes.

Quik-Seal™ Stuffing Boxes

The Harbison-Fischer Quik-Seal™ Stuffing Box is an inverted cone seal-type stuffing box that uses standard cone seals, but comes equipped with a cone-shaped bottom insert and integral O-ring that directs pressure to the inside of the seals instead of the outside; effectively and “quickly” sealing the polished rod during initial installation with a minimum of adjustment.

Flap-Tite™ Polished Rod Flapper Valve

The Harbison-Fischer Flap-Tite™ is a simple, dependable device that helps control well pressure in the event of a polished rod break that falls past the valve. If the polished rod breaks and falls past the flapper valve, the spring-loaded valve closes to minimize well fluids and/or gases escaping into the environment.

Pro-Align™ Polished Rod Alignment Tool

The Pro-Align™ helps operators overcome stuffing box problems by automatically adjusting to an out-of-line pumping unit whether it is a horizontal misalignment or a tilt in any direction. By automatically adjusting to the actual travel path of the polished rod, the Pro-Align™ allows the stuffing box to line up with the polished rod rather than the polished rod having to bend each stroke as it passes through a conventional stuffing box and well head setup.
