| Harbison-Fischer Couplings are manufactured to H-F design standards, H-F/ISO quality procedures and API Specifications. They are manufactured in two grades: API Class T (through hardened) and API Class SM (Tuffr® coated). Both grades are manufactured from nickel alloy steel with cold formed, rolled threads for greater strength and fatigue resistance. They are available in all sucker rod sizes in slim hole and full size diameters. |  |
| H-F Class T Sucker Rod Couplings
have a hardness of HRC 16-23 and are recommended for mildly corrosive
and mildly abrasive pumping conditions.
H-F Tuffr® Couplings conform to API SM sucker
rod coupling specifications. The sprayed metal surface hardness is HRC
58-62 and is ground smooth. H-F Tuffr® Sucker Rod Couplings are
recommended for corrosive and abrasive pumping conditions. |
