| Tungsten Carbide
is the hardest and toughest ball and seat material available. It has
the best abrasion and impact resistance of all ball and seat materials
and has good corrosion resistance. Nickel Carbide is almost as hard
and tough as Tungsten Carbide and has better corrosion resistance.
Titanium Carbide is offered as a ball material and has about the same
hardness and toughness as Nickel Carbide with the same weight as a
DuMore® ball. |
