H-F Monel Pin Plunger Severe corrosive conditions can reduce the wall thickness of regular plunger pins to where they break or develop holes. The H-F Monel Pin Plunger avoids this problem in severe corrosion by replacing the threaded ends of the plunger with corrosion resistant monel material. The sprayed metal coating is HRC 58-62 and extends to the monel pin on both ends to completely cover the plunger and protect it from corrosion. It is recommended for severe corrosion and abrasion. |
