| H-F Pressure Actuated Plunger The H-F Pressure Actuated Plunger is a sprayed metal plunger with either 20, 40 or 60 grooves cut into the exterior of the plunger for special split rings. It is designed for abrasive conditions that cause closely fit standard plungers to stick in the barrel during pumping. The body of the plunger is -.005" which aids in allowing particulates to pass between the plunger and barrel. The rings help lift the fluid and allow particulates to pass through the ring end gap. A variety of ring materials is available for corrosive, abrasive and/or high temperature conditions. |
