the John Martin Rubber Lined Cage to the same high quality standards as
its other cages. The John Martin Rubber Lined Cage is offered as a solution
for hard pumping conditions that damage other cages. The moderately hard
rubber lining absorbs the impact of the ball on the pumping downstroke
and guides it precisely back to the center of the seat on the upstroke.
The rubber lining snaps into the cage with a positive locking design and
is further retained by a corrosion resistant epoxy cement. The rubber
lining is molded from Viton rubber and precision machined to the final
dimensions. Viton has an excellent history of being resistant to downhole
fluids. John Martin Rubber Lined Cages are made from alloy steel, stainless
steel (303/304 or 316) brass and monel. |
